Yoga Weekend in the Adirondack Mountains

Sept 15 or 16 - 17, 2023
White Lake, New York

Join us for a rejuvenating late summer weekend yoga retreat at a lakefront cabin in the Adirondack mountains.

Invite stillness, revitalize and connect with the elements through practice in community. Spark your sense of wonder and gratitude as you bask in the beauty path.

In an intimate circle of practitioners (6-10 people), we’ll retreat by the shores of White Lake in the gorgeous Adirondack park. We’ll gather on Friday evening for an opening yoga circle followed by a nutritious vegan dinner.

On Saturday morning, we’ll partake in a refreshing yoga practice before breakfast. We’ll connect with the water and earth elements before lunch with a water blessing ritual and a bit of forest bathing. After a delicious dinner, we’ll wind down with a yin yoga practice.

Our splendid Sunday will start with a freedom dance ceremony before breakfast and a closing yoga and mindfulness circle before a scrumptious farewell lunch.
