Hummingbird Medicine: Guatemala Yoga Journey
February 5-12, 2024
Antigua & Lake Atitlan, Guatemala
Intentionally slow down, revitalize and reconnect with your true nature through community and personal practice.
Spark your sense of wonder and connection to Mother Earth as you bask in the joy path.
Join us for a magical hummingbird immersion on retreat in Guatemala.
Hummingbird medicine is joy, imagination and dreams. The Maya associate hummingbird with the wind and communication. It is said that hummingbird feathers open the heart chakra. On this retreat, we’ll follow hummingbird’s example by being filled with joy and experiencing the magic of life from moment to moment.
We’ll spend the first two nights in the picturesque colonial city of Antigua, followed by five nights at a posh retreat house on the shores of Lake Atitlan in San Marcos La Laguna.
Each morning, we’ll center our inner hummingbirds and recharge with a heart-opening yoga practice or ceremony.
Free time is built into the schedule for rest, adventure, exploration, self-care and reflection. In the late afternoon, we’ll wind down with a workshop incorporating yoga, mindfulness, and writing practice.
Take home healthy habits and empowering practices to enhance your personal well-being and nurture your natural intelligence.
